Take RTA to “A Feast of Giving” and ride free

(DAYTON, OHIO) November 2, 2010… RTA will again provide free rides to the annual Thanksgiving dinner called "A Feast of Giving" at the Dayton Convention Center on Thursday, November 25. Doors open at 11 a.m.
Anyone riding RTA from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day to the Convention Center dinner will board free. Riders will need to disembark at the Wright Stop Plaza Transit Center, 4 S. Main St., and walk one and a half blocks south. Advanced tickets are not required for bus rides or for admittance to the dinner.
The traditional meal is offered at no charge to anyone spending the holiday alone, for those who are homeless or less fortunate, or for anyone who wants to attend. The dinner is sponsored by ABC 22/Fox 45, the Dermatologists of Southwest Ohio, celebrity chef Art Smith LLC., and Lastar Inc.
