RTA to Temporarily Close Wright Stop Plaza Platform for Repairs and Modifications

(DAYTON, OHIO)…The Greater Dayton RTA will temporarily close its transit center platform at Wright Stop Plaza for two days:  Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 26 and 27, between the hours of 7 a.m. and 6 p.m.   RTA maintenance workers will be performing routine maintenance and repairs to the platform during that time. 

Service via Wright Stop Plaza will not be interrupted.  Buses will pick up passengers on East Third Street between Jefferson and Main Streets.  All eastbound and northbound routes will pick up on the south side of Third Street (the Wright Stop Plaza side).  All south and westbound routes will pick up passengers on the north side of East Third Street (the PNC Bank side). 

RTA will have several additional transit ambassadors on hand to assist passengers both days during the temporary closing.  All scheduled routes and times will remain the same. 

While the platform will be closed, the concourse inside Wright Stop plaza will remain open to the public.
