RTA to operate on Sunday service schedule for Monday, July 4th

(DAYTON, OHIO) In observance of Independence Day, RTA will operate on a Sunday schedule for all routes on Monday, July 4. The RTA Call Center will be open between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. that day.
The regular operating schedule will resume throughout the system on Tuesday, July 5.
RTA routes 14 and 23 will temporarily reroute for the Americana Festival events in Centerville.
Route 14 will reroute the entire day. Southbound routes on Loop and Alex-Bell will turn left on Alex-Bell, right on Clyo, right on Spring Valley, then left onto Main Street to regular route. Northbound routes will run the reverse of the above.
Route 23 will reroute from 7 a.m. until approximately 1 p.m. when the parade is finished. Southbound buses at Clyo and Alex-Bell will turn right onto Alex-Bell, left onto Paragon Road, left onto Normandy Lane, then right onto State Route 725/Miamisburg-Centerville Rd. Northbound buses will travel the reverse route.
