RTA ready to transport Vectren Dayton Air Show attendees

(DAYTON, OHIO)… The Greater Dayton RTA is proud support the Vectren Dayton Air Show as the official transportation sponsor for the weekend of June 22 and 23. Air conditioned buses will run on a continuous loop from both the U.S. Air Force Museum parking lot and Wright Stop Plaza directly to the air show’s main gate.
Hours of operation for the express shuttle service are 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. Shuttles will leave continuously from each location throughout the day. The cost of a round-trip ride is $3 (children 5 and under are free). Only cash will be accepted on the shuttle buses leaving from the Air Force Museum.
From the downtown Wright Stop Plaza location, the regular fare structure applies of either $2 cash per way or riders can use their passes.
RTA is Dayton’s transportation agency that makes getting to and from Dayton’s premiere summer event quick, comfortable and easy. And RTA does it every day, logging more than 30,000 passenger trips daily on 25 routes throughout the Dayton region.
