RTA Provides Free Rides All Day Thanksgiving Day

(DAYTON, OHIO) — As a way to say “thank you” to the Miami Valley and support access to Dayton’s Feast of Giving Dinner, the Greater Dayton RTA will be providing free rides all day on all services Thanksgiving Day.

The Dayton Feast of Giving event reaches out to bring the entire community together. It is a free dinner, a celebration provided for anyone that might be spending the holiday alone, those that are homeless or less fortunate and those who just want to attend.

Feast of Giving is being held at the Dayton Convention Center from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

RTA will run Sunday service on Thanksgiving Day and free rides apply to both regularly scheduled routes and Project Mobility trips. No cash, passes or ticket are required.
