RTA phone lines down during planned maintenance on Oct. 3

(DAYTON, OHIO)…The Greater Dayton RTA phone lines will be down during planned maintenance from 5 a.m. to 7 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 3.
This planned maintenance will affect all phones at RTA offices, including the RTA’s 937-425-8300 customer service line, which will not be accessible during the planned maintenance. Customers who call into the line to use the RTA RideTime information or to check on their RTA Connect paratransit trips will not be able to access their information between 5 a.m. and 7 a.m. on October 3. The planned maintenance is expected to be complete by the time the RTA Customer Service Call Center opens at 7:30 a.m. that morning.
During the planned phone line maintenance, other RideTime options for RTA riders looking for bus arrival information will be available, including the text service and the Moovit and Transit app.
