RTA offers free rides for veterans to Wright State event

(DAYTON, OHIO) … The Greater Dayton RTA will offer free rides for any military active duty or veteran to attend the “Veterans MovingMilitary ID Samples Forward”  event at Wright State University on May 24.

The event, which takes place annually and focuses on the issues facing the veterans, brings together community veteran service providers.

Any active-duty personnel or veteran who shows their military ID to the bus driver can ride RTA routes free to and from the event at Wright State University.

Veterans Moving Forward is hosted by the Greater Miami Valley My Veteran Community and will take place in the Apollo Room at the Wright State University Student Union on May 24 from 3 to 6 p.m.
