Janet C. Jones

Janet is a native Daytonian.  She is currently employed at Sinclair Community College as the Director of Human Resources serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer for the college managing the daily operations and strategic planning.   In addition, Janet is also the college’s Equal Employment Opportunity Officer.  Presently, Janet is in the current class of Leadership Dayton while she continues to be very active in several professional and community organizations and initiatives.  Janet is a member of the Steering Committee for Dayton Dialogue on Race Relations (DDRR) and she holds a Master’s of Art degree in Management from Antioch McGregor.
