Board of Trustees
The RTA Board of Trustees is governed by nine appointed officials. Six members are appointed by the Montgomery County Commission, two members are appointed by the Dayton City Commission, and the final member is appointed by the City of Kettering. Each member serves at the pleasure of his or her appointing body. For biographical information, click on a name below.
Regular meetings of the Board of Trustees are held each month on the 1st Tuesday of the month at 3 p.m. RTA BOT Standing Committees are held at the following times: Finance/Personnel is held on the third Tuesday of the month at 9 a.m.; Planning is held on the third Tuesday of the month at 11 a.m.; Investment Advisory is held quarterly in January, April, July and October. RTA has promulgated rules to facilitate the conduct of public meetings in an open and orderly manner and in an environment safe for all persons in attendance.
